Muffins with Snickers-candy, cream and caramel sauce
13 muffin you need:
225 g flour
100g caster sugar
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
150 ml of milk
50 ml. vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 sneakers (57 g each), cut into pieces
For the cream:
400 ml cream 38%
sugar ad gustum
A Snickers chopped into small pieces
Caramel sauce:
125 g brawn sugar
2 tbsp water
75 ml cream 38%
25 g butter
13 molds + 13 paper cups
Preparation:
All ingredients should have room temperature.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Sift the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and salt then mix.
In the bowl mix egg, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add chopped into small pieces snickers.
