Belarusian Cuisine - Potatoes pancakes
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 1 kg
Onion (100g) - 1 pc
Salt - 1 tsp
Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Egg- 2pc

Peel the potatoes and quickly grate untill they don’t become dark.
|
Grate onions or chop in blender and add to potatoes.
|
Drain potato juice , or scoop with a spoon.
|
Add two eggs, salt and pepper, mix it.
|
Lay out in a heated pan vegetable oil carefully a spoonful of potato dough.
|
Fry over medium heat until golden brown colour on both sides.
