I like to cook anything what it's not usual, not palled. So that dish is not ordinary, but simple and TASTY!
Potatoes (boiled) - 700 g
Carrots (grated) - 3 units
Green onions (chopped) - 1 bunch
Hazelnuts (ground) - 100 g
Rice flour - 30 g
Eggs - 2 pcs
Milk - 100 ml
Nutmeg
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Sauce:
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Chopped parsley - 3 tablespoons
Chopped green onions - 3 tablespoons
Egg (hard-boiled and mash with a fork) - 2
Fatty cream - 100 g
Salt and pepper - to taste
Nutmeg

Fry carrots and onions, add chopped nuts and spices. Boil potatoes in salted water with caraway seeds, drain and mash. Beat up eggs with the flour and add to potatoes.
